Good leather needs less intervention than most people imagine. A little attention, given at the right time, protects its natural character.
Start with the material
Full-grain leather keeps the strongest part of the hide intact. Its surface changes with light, touch and travel, developing a patina rather than wearing out anonymously.
Care, without overdoing it
Wipe dust with a soft dry cloth. If the leather feels dry, use a small amount of suitable conditioner and test it on a hidden area first. Let it rest naturally away from direct heat.
